An interesting Jewelled Flower Mantis in a handmade wooden frame mounted on high-quality 300gsm white textured card stock which includes both the scientific and common name of the insect below.

 

Native to Asia, they moult 8 times to become an adult and can take between 2 and 5 months to mature depending on food and temperature. They are the smallest yet most widespread Creobroter species. They prefer a humidenvironment and live about nine months in captivity.

 

Taxonomic: Creobroter gemmatus

Frame: Available in black, white or grey. The frame can either be stood up or wall mounted using the invisible bracket.

 

Corner Decals: Vintage bronze metal corners which are nailed on by hand on all four corners.

 

Sizing: 20cm x 20cm (Aperture 17cm x 17cm)
