How long does it take for my order to be dispatched and delivered?

We aim to dispatch items within 1-5 working days. Custom frames may take longer, but you will be notified. Once shipped, items within the UK should arrive in 1-3 working days. International orders may take up to a couple of weeks to arrive (subject to customs).
How do you ensure your specimens are ethically sourced?

Absolutely! We ensure all our specimens are ethically and sustainably sourced. For more details, please visit our 'Ethics' page on the website.

Are your wet specimens fixed with formlin?

Yes.
Can I visit your shop to see the specimens?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical shop. All our items are made to order from our Castleford workshop.
I have an old framed specimen. Do you carry out restoration work?

Yes! We carry out repairs/restoration
Can you source a particular specimen for me?

Yes, we often can. Please send us an email below and we will see what we can do for you.
Do you carry out commissioned work?

Yes! Please contact us to arrange.
