At DeadSet Co., we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items within the UK are shipped free as standard.

Items will be shipped within 2-5 working days of receiving your order, however if there's any delays with this you will be notified. If we are not shipping for any reason, such as Christmas period, there will be a notification on the website.

Most items are shipped via Royal Mail, however some larger or heavier items may need to be sent with Parcelforce. Your shipping confirmation email will state which carrier they are with.

We ship internationally at additional cost to the buyer. The additional cost will be calculated at checkout dependant on weight and country, however if you would prefer you can contact us by Email, Instagram or Facebook  to order directly. 

We are not responsible for any customs charges, this is the buyers responsibility. We will not refund postage if item is returned due to customs fee not been paid.

In the event of a parcel been returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer is entitled to a refund less postage paid or must pay postage again.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If items have arrived damaged, please contact us and we will replace or fix the item. We will require a photo of the damaged item, as well as a photo of the packaging to be able to process the claim. It may be possible to fix certain items, if that is the case and the buyer agrees, we will cover the shipping costs.

We accept returns for unwanted items if;

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Returned items must be shipped back in the condition you received them in and be resalable. We will not cover the postage for unwanted items. Please ensure you package your items well, to reduce the risk of damage in the post and have enough compensation in the unfortunate event they are damaged on the way back to us.

The following items can't be returned;

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

 I don't accept exchanges.
