A beautiful Scarce Morpho butterfly in a handmade wooden frame mounted on high-quality 300gsm white textured card stock which includes both the scientific and common name of the insect below.
It is found in Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Suriname, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Brazil.
Morphos have their body removed after death as they contain grease which destroys the wings.

Frame: Available in black, white or grey. The frame can either be stood up or wall mounted using the invisible bracket.
Corner Decals: Vintage bronze metal corners which are nailed on by hand on all four corners.
